Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao West, an IHG Hotel

Maggie Zhao was too much cooperative and helpful, she helped me a lot , and she is so nice , the hotel Iso so fantastic, clean , cooperative staff.

Maggie at reception went over an above to assist us. Excellent service from her.

Generally, Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao West, is a good property but it was the icing on the cake with the manager's relationship with their customer giving 10 out of 10 to Mr JAMES. Thank you for the smooth services through out my stay.

The staff Miss Zhao is very nice when check in , she offered me 3days free breakfast.

Very helpful staff, assisted with every aspect. Shuttle bus available for the exhibition we were attending that provided a drop off and pick up service.
